Q: How long does a typical kitchen remodel take?

On average, a remodel takes six to eight weeks. If it's just a pull and replace, it's closer to the six weeks, but with structural changes removing walls and reconfiguring the floor plan, you are closer to the eight week mark.

Q: How much does a kitchen remodel cost?

On average, our kitchen remodels cost between 30K-60K. A simple pull and replace is going to to be close to 30k. More complex, renovations with structural changes and new floor plans will bring you closer to 60K.

Q: Can I source my own materials?

Typically the answer is no. We need to make sure we are using the best quality materials for your project. Over the years we have built strong lasting relationships with our vendors so if there are issues, we can resolve the problem quickly and ensure there are no delays on your project completion date.

Q: Can I use my own subcontractors or specialty trades?

No we have long-standing relationships with all the sub trades we use. This way we can control quality and scheduling to keep your project on track.

Q: Do I need a permit for my kitchen remodel?

Yes a permit is required for a kitchen remodel, even if there are no structural changes. The permit should be pulled by the contractor not the homeowner.
